C-Form - Services for Hotels and Guest Houses
Please Note : In Goa the C-Form has changed to an online process through the tourist department, the details should be the same as displayed below, but this form is no longer accepted in Goa. This is being kept here for other states who have not implemented the new electronic requirement for C-Forms.
Here is a sample C-Form which can be used to test out the service we provide. All you need to do is add your email address into the first box so we can send a sample C-Form (In PDF Format) through to you. You can enter sample details if you wish, but to make it easier we have populated the form already. The email with the completed form should be sent out within 2 minutes of submitting the form. Please check your 'junk' folder if you cannot locate the completed form and ensure your email address is correct.
The service will give you peace of mind that the legal requirement has been completed, failure to complete C-Forms for your guests is a fineable offense. For more details and to set up an account which is customised for your hotel/guest house please contact us and supply your hotel name, address, phone number, manager name and email address and we will set up a unique page which your staff can fill in or to save you more time and money, or simply direct your guests to fill in the form themselves.
Please ensure that all information is completed accurately. Hundreds of these forms have already been used and accepted in Calangute and Anjuna police stations. Special long term rates are negotiable depending on quantity used.
